Conference on Learning and Education for Special Governance of Outstanding Problems in the Lawyer Practice

On March 11, the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Justice held a mobilization and deployment meeting for the special treatment of prominent problems in the city’s lawyer practice, conveyed the spirit of the higher level meeting, and arranged and deployed the special treatment of prominent problems in the city’s lawyer practice. In order to thoroughly implement the national and provincial decisions on the education and rectification of the political and legal ranks, and in accordance with the general requirements of the Municipal Judicial Bureau for the special treatment of outstanding problems in the lawyer practice,we held a mobilization meeting for learning and education on the special treatment of outstanding problems in the lawyer practice on March 23, 2021.
The meeting was chaired by Zhang Linqiang, director of Law Firm. At the meeting, Zhang Linqiang, conveyed the spirit of the meeting to all lawyers, and emphasized the importance and necessity of learning and education on special governance of outstanding problems in the lawyer practice. We should comprehensively strengthen organizational leadership, highlight the role of political leadership, strengthen the Party’s grassroots construction, and give full play to the leading role of Party branches and party members and lawyers in special governance, Taking the opportunity of welcoming the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, we will strengthen key measures and complement management weaknesses, so as to improve the education and management level of law firms and improve the political and professional quality of lawyers.
By participating in the mobilization study, all lawyers unanimously expressed that they would actively participate in the special governance work, earnestly maintain the good image of the lawyer practice with their own words and deeds, adhere to the correct political direction, abide by various management systems in the practice of lawyers, regulate their own practice words and deeds, earnestly fulfill their social responsibilities, and carry out legal service activities according to law
