Settled dispute of installment equipment

Our client purchased equipment from supplier in June 2022, both parties agreed in the contract that after received the payment, supplier shall send engineers to install the equipment at buyer’s factory. However, the supplier did not send engineers for installment of equipment. After many times of requesting, the supplier did not perform their obligations. Because this is big project for their local government, delaying the process will cause huge damages and loses for local economies. Under the legal negotiation by our attorneys, we demand the supplier to fill their obligations immediately, at last, the supplier arranged their engineers to support installment. After two months, this project was successfully finished and started running very well. And both parties re-established of good business cooperation. Our client is satisfied for the works of our attorneys.
