Settled dispute of international installment dispute

European buyer purchased oxygen equipment from Chinese supplier in June 2020, both parties agreed in the contract that after received the payment, supplier shall deliver and install the equipment at buyer’s factory. However, the epidemic situation was still serious in buyer’s country, and the supplier did not want to send engineers for installment of equipment on site, worried about the infections risks. However, the equipment was in urgent need for producing oxygen products. Through the help of our law firm, at last, the supplier agreed to send engineers to support installment. And the buyer will obey the strict regulations to keep safety of working place and engineers. After three months, this project is successfully finished, and engineers returned home safely.
