2020 Annual Meeting of the Shandong Lawyers Association was successfully held

On November 27th, the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Shandong Provincial Lawyers Association and the Foreign Dispute Resolution Professional Committee of the Jinan City Lawyers Association and the “International Commercial Mediation Development and Practice” training were successfully held in Jinan. Kevin Liu as committee member from Shandong Win & Win Co. Law Firm participated in the meeting and training. The board of supervisors supervised the activities throughout the process.

In the morning, the meeting summarized the work of the committee in 2020, pointed out the obstacles and coping strategies encountered in the development of foreign-related legal services under the influence of the 2020 epidemic, and discussed the work plan of 2021 paper writing, joint training, and external exchanges. Participating lawyers shared and exchanged experiences on foreign-related dispute resolution business, and domestic recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.

Members of the professional committees also discussed the current status of foreign-related business development. , Existing problems, development suggestions and work plan for 2021 were fully discussed. In the afternoon, the “International Commercial Mediation Development and Practice Training Course” sponsored by the Provincial Lawyers Association, co-organized by the International Commercial Business Committee of the Municipal Lawyers Association, and supported by Shandong Council for the Promotion of International Trade was successfully held in Jinan.
