Our client as Buyer purchased truck tire from Qingdao company, after received the product, and found some quality problems, after discussing with seller, no result.  Our law firm accepted this case, attorney Liu found it was true that existing some quality issues, contacted with seller, and told them the risk of lawsuit, the huge compensation they would bear in future. Seller said they were middleman, trade company, the tires were purchased from other factories, admitted some tires were not conforming parameters in contract. But they are in financial difficulties.
