Successful Solving the B/L Dispute through Non-litigation

In 2017, Qingdao Tire Company as shipper exported tires to Portugal Company, and COSCO SHIPPING LINES CO., LTD issued the Bill of Lading, ocean freight prepaid, however, although the B/L was in the hands of Shipper, the cargo were picked up by Portugal consignee by the fraud B/L.
