Obtained legal professional qualification in March 2010 and intermediate economist qualification in 2013. I have rich experience in legal risk prevention and control, and have been engaged in legal affairs for more than ten years in enterprises, including contract management, equity investment, and debt investment. 3. Aike Tengrui Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. v. Qingdao Sanding Measurement Equipment Co., Ltd. for infringement of computer software copyright dispute.
4. He Moumou sued Xiaogan Litian Construction Labor Co., Ltd. and the Second Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau for construction contract disputes.
5. A decoration and decoration limited company in Qingdao sued a certain company, a real estate limited company in Qingdao, Yang Jiaqun Villagers’committee, Subdistricts of China, Hefei Road, Shibei District People’s Government of Qingdao and other decoration contract disputes.
