China International Commercial Courts support trade along Belt and Road
Chinese courts are increasingly hearing complex international commercial cases, especially with development of the Belt and Road Initiative, or the BRI. It’s now more than two years since the China International Commercial Courts were set up in the cities of Xi’an in the northwest… and Shenzhen in the south.
