SPC ready with suggestions for judicial reform

Suggestions on strengthening circuit courts construction, guaranteeing job security of judges, promoting a more convenient judicial service system for the people and saving judicial resources were referred during an official inspection to the Fifth Circuit Court on Oct 15.

Eight members from the democratic parties and 28 non-party deputies to the National People’s Congress attended the seminar at the Supreme People’s Court (SPC).

At the meeting, Li Shaoping, a member of the SPC Leading Party Members Group, said the SPC would collect advice from all parts and expressed his willingness to obtain more suggestions on judicial reform from deputies.
